Australian Health Professionals (AHP) connects people, partners and providers with allied health support, helping make care easier to access and navigate. The organisation works with individuals and families, referring professionals, care providers and other organisations, offering support across residential aged care, retirement living, home and community settings, disability and NDIS services, and wellness centres. Care can be delivered in person at home, in the community or onsite, as well as online.

AHP’s services include dietetics, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology and speech pathology. Its clinicians provide evidence-based assessments and personalised care plans, followed by therapy programs that are reviewed and adjusted to support progress toward each person’s goals.
