Led by winemaker Nicholas Keeler, who brings over 15 years of experience as the North American sales director for Tonnellerie Allary, Authentique wines are made with intent and great care. Nicholas combines traditional and innovative winemaking techniques, including spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, to create wines that showcase the authentic flavors of the grapes.

Each vintage is meticulously crafted in rotary large format, upright oak tanks, stainless steel, Italian amphorae, and concrete, and aged in tight-grain French oak barrels.
