Auti'smile

Auti’smile is an association of independent professionals in Nevers and the Nièvre, bringing together specialists who support people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD). Its aim is to coordinate individualized care, encourage consistent support, and help families and professionals access relevant expertise. The network includes psychologists, psychoeducational practitioners, ABA professionals, hypnotherapists, adapted physical activity teachers, psychomotor therapists, dietitians, and occupational therapists.

Services include developmental histories, specialist assessments, consultations, individualized support plans, parental guidance, and interventions at home, school, or in professional settings. Follow-up is available in person or by video. Auti’smile also offers discussion groups for parents, siblings, and beneficiaries, as well as training and guidance for families and professionals on methods and practical approaches for supporting children and young people with ASD or NDD.

Families can submit a request online for review by the network’s multidisciplinary consultative council. If accepted, they receive proposed care arrangements and priority contacts, then coordinate and pay directly with the professionals providing services.
