Autismo en Voz Alta is a non-profit NGO based in Caracas, Venezuela, founded in 2006. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive educational solution for autism in Venezuela. We firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of an inclusive society and contributes to the well-being of its members.

Autism is a neurobiological disorder that affects communication, socialization, and the way individuals experience the world around them. With appropriate diagnosis and intervention, individuals with autism can develop skills that enhance their quality of life. At Autismo en Voz Alta, we go beyond classrooms by creating opportunities for individuals with autism to receive education, regardless of their socio-economic background.

Our model of organization and educational management has a significant impact on the development of skills, autonomy, and productivity not only for the individuals we serve but also for their families, teachers, and the broader community. We recognize that each person with autism is a part of this world, and we teach, support, and create awareness in those around them. Our facilities span over 2,700 square meters of specifically designed infrastructure to cater to the needs of individuals with autism.

Since 2006, we have made a direct impact on the lives of individuals with autism, their families, and the professionals who care for them both inside and outside our classrooms. Through specialized attention, we offer various programs such as the PsicoEducativo program, diagnosis and evaluation services, and therapies. We prioritize specialized education as the greatest hope for integration and overcoming the challenges faced by individuals with autism.

We teach based on the strengths and interests of each individual, aiming for independence and inclusion in their environment. Furthermore, we provide training and education for parents and professionals, with workshops, courses, and a diploma program in collaboration with the University Monteávila. Additionally, we actively promote inclusion through annual initiatives, campaigns, events, and partnerships with universities and organizations.

We are proud of our trajectory, which includes the establishment of the organization, the construction of our dedicated facility, the introduction of remote services, and the launch of an online autism training program. Our success is measured by the results we achieve, as we teach and support individuals with autism assuming their capabilities. We believe that everyone can learn, and we work towards their independence and inclusion in society.
