The Autism Society of the RMWB works to build an inclusive community by supporting autistic people, others living with neurodiversity and disabilities, and their families across the lifespan. Based in Fort McMurray, the organization connects people with local information, resources and support, including guidance for those who are newly diagnosed and their families.
Its programs serve children, youth and adults and include camps, an Adult Social Program, a Caregivers Network, an Education Inclusion Program, transition-to-adulthood support, a 16+ Life Skills Program, PEERS Social and respite services.
