About Autlu
Autlu grew out of an automation Ugo Pérez Bouckaert built for a friend working in real estate: the friend dropped in the photos and voice notes from an inspection and got back a finished, formatted état des lieux. That prototype became Autlu, property inspection software for real-estate professionals in Luxembourg, France, Belgium and French-speaking Switzerland: agencies, property managers and independent inspectors.
On site you fill in a smart form, take annotated photos and dictate your observations. Capture works offline on every device. Autlu's AI transcribes and structures everything room by room, reads meter values from your photos and produces a complete PDF report with your logo, from your country's template (Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Switzerland) or your own Word template. A review screen flags problems before you send: missing rooms, suspicious readings, contradictions between the dictation and the form.
You then send it in one click: PDF with a remarks window, remote e-signature from both tenant and owner, or in-person signing. Each party receives the signed document by email. Two hours of paperwork become ten minutes.
