AutoBody is a dedicated review site for the collision industry, providing a platform for industry operators and consumers to connect. Unlike other review sites, AutoBody takes a proactive approach in verifying its reviews to ensure the legitimacy of customer experiences. With access to customer satisfaction surveys from insurance companies, they compile data that proves body shops are not the nightmares they are often perceived to be.

AutoBody also allows customers to post reviews directly on their site, but only after confirming their status as actual customers through a verification process. However, AutoBody goes beyond just reviews. They offer an all-in-one solution for auto body shop shopping, providing tools to evaluate and compare body shops, find local options, tour their facilities, and schedule appointments with ease.

Their platform is mobile-friendly and encourages transparency by automatically requesting and verifying reviews. Additionally, AutoBody integrates with industry-leading platforms such as CCC ONE™ UpdatePlus and Mitchell ABS Classic. Trust in AutoBody for a seamless auto body shop experience
