About Autobus G Ashby
Autobus G. Ashby is a family-run transportation business serving Quebec’s Eastern Townships. Since 1952, it has provided reliable, safety-focused transport, with attentive drivers who welcome passengers with a smile.
In collaboration with the Sommets and Hauts-Cantons school service centres, the company operates daily school transportation for children in the region. It also offers chartered group transportation for a variety of occasions, including weddings, corporate events, shuttle services and school outings, as well as other group travel needs. Customers can request a tailored transportation quote online, and the company invites applications for positions in school bus driving, mechanics and administration.
The business began with Gérard Ashby’s personal automobile providing local transport in the parish of Kingscroft. Its fleet expanded over the decades, with the first two yellow vehicles arriving in 1967. Autobus G.
Ashby combines its long-standing local experience with transportation services for schools, organizations and private groups. Based in Ayer’s Cliff, the company serves clients with a focus on dependable journeys and considerate service
