Longeron Air Charter LLC is an independent air charter broker based in Dallas, Texas. It is not an airline or direct air carrier: the company owns no aircraft, employs no flight crew, and holds no operating certificate. Instead, it takes travelers’ requests to certificated operators, gathers their responses, and arranges a charter with an operator if the customer chooses to proceed. Longeron says it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline, operator, airport, or government body.

The company offers private air charter quote requests, availability checks, and booking assistance. Customers can provide details such as departure and destination, travel dates, passenger numbers, baggage, and date flexibility. Longeron passes requests to operators and relays their replies, including the time each response was given. It states that quotes are free and carry no obligation, and that passengers pay the broker nothing. If a customer asks, the operator’s name is provided in writing before any commitment.
