About Aveleijn
Aveleijn | Borne has been providing care, support, treatment, and advice to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Twente and the Berkelland municipality for over 50 years. Our core values of 'connecting', 'developing', and 'supporting' create a space for a meaningful life. A life where you can participate and contribute to society in your own unique way, and experience beautiful moments.
We recognize your abilities and talents, as well as your limitations and vulnerabilities. At Aveleijn, we offer 24-hour supported housing for those who need it, as well as ambulatory support for those living independently. We also provide guidance for a purposeful day at our day care centers or in the community.
Our treatment and advisory center offers diagnostic services and therapies. We value lived experiences, social inclusion, innovation, and sustainability. We also prioritize leisure activities and building friendships.
