About a ver o Mar
A Ver o Mar is a coliving and coworking brand offering shared residences for people who want to work while experiencing Madeira. Its properties are in Funchal, the island’s capital, and Santa Cruz, combining practical work facilities with access to urban amenities, nature and the Atlantic coast. The Funchal residence is a five-bedroom penthouse that accommodates up to ten guests.
It features a large working area, shared lounge spaces, spacious interiors and a terrace with views over Funchal Bay. The Santa Cruz property is in the city centre, close to the beach and local facilities; sea views are available from most rooms, and guests can request a desk in their room. Both locations are presented as bases for remote work and island life, with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and transport links.
Guests can explore Madeira’s city culture, coastal activities and laurisilva forest while staying in accommodation designed to support productivity and relaxation. A Ver o Mar brings work, community and travel together in a scenic island setting
