Avis Casalpusterlengo

Avis Comunale di Casalpusterlengo is a local association dedicated to promoting blood donation and supporting community health in Casalpusterlengo, Italy. It provides information for current and prospective donors, including guidance on joining, preparing to donate and using its donation-related app. The association also works with ADMO, the bone marrow donor organization, and its Lodi-area partners: its trained and accredited local office can receive registrations from people interested in becoming bone marrow donors.

Beyond donor services, Avis organizes public outreach and health education in collaboration with AIDO and ADMO. Its activities include a scientific seminar, distribution of conference materials with support from the town’s three pharmacies, and an annual Donor Festival. The association welcomes volunteers to help with the organizational work of its office and emphasizes cooperation and respect for individual contributions. It also supports the Avis Cycling Team, its official cycling squad since 2008, which promotes local cycling events, including the annual Trofeo Avis in June. The office offers in-person contact and publishes information about its finances and association activities.
