AVIS Faenza

AVIS Faenza is a volunteer donor association based in Faenza, Ravenna, working to support local blood-transfusion self-sufficiency. Its members give blood and plasma periodically, helping meet hospitals’ needs for emergency care, surgery, transplants and the treatment of serious illnesses. Its secretariat handles general enquiries, while its medical clinic can address health-related questions and the donation room can advise on the practical process. The association also promotes volunteering and community engagement through initiatives such as Servizio Civile, school activities, and the Avis network and employment project. It shares news and events, publishes donation statistics, and invites supporters to contribute through the 5×1000 tax allocation.
