The Awakening Action Class is an American Christian educational organization founded by Kevin and Rachel Koontz. Its online curriculum explores the influence of the First and Second Great Awakenings on America’s founding, freedom, and civic ideals, and presents the founders’ view that the country is experiencing a Third Great Awakening. The program aims to help participants understand this religious and civic heritage and consider their role in preserving it.

The class is organized around three goals: awakening the Church to what it describes as God’s hand in America’s story, equipping Americans with more than 15 action steps to defend freedom, and activating students to pursue their purpose. Its materials examine revival, reformation, and their historical effects, including the contributions of clergy and religious leaders. The organization invites individuals to join its efforts through monthly partnerships or one-time donations. Kevin Koontz brings experience in mobile technology, social media marketing, and online broadcasting; Rachel Koontz has a background in Christian radio, podcasting, and multimedia outreach, alongside decades of interest in revival culture.
