AW Clean Out

A&W Clean Out Service is a locally founded cleanout and excess-removal business based in Medford, New Jersey. Started in 2010 by owner Wayne Maver, the company helps homeowners, estate executors, businesses, and real estate professionals clear unwanted contents and reclaim usable space. Its service area includes South New Jersey, from Mercer County to Cape May County, as well as Eastern Pennsylvania.

The team handles house and estate cleanouts, junk removal, junk car and hot tub removal, and cleanouts of basements, attics, garages, storage areas, commercial properties, and warehouses. Services for real estate situations also include board-up and lock-change work. Customers can call to arrange an onsite estimate.

A&W Clean Out Service aims to keep collected goods out of landfills by reusing, recycling, repurposing, or donating items where possible. Some reusable goods are resold through the company’s Saturday warehouse sale, open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The business is located at 10 Tidswell Avenue in Medford and states that it is open 24 hours, Monday through Sunday.
