About International Global Network
Asia World Model United Nations (AWMUN) is an international platform for young leaders to broaden their networks and share perspectives on political and economic issues. AWMUN, organized by International Global Network (IGN), aims to stimulate the agenda of the United Nations and provide political education to youth. The conference offers participants the opportunity to develop a range of hard and soft skills that will be valuable in their professional lives.
AWMUN believes in the power of youth to make a difference in the world. The conference is committed to giving young people from all over the world a chance to have their voices heard and understand that their opinions matter. Each AWMUN conference carries a different theme and provides a platform for young leaders aged 16-25 to discuss and share their perspectives on world issues.
Previous AWMUN conferences have been held in Seoul, South Korea; Bangkok, Thailand; and Bali, Indonesia, with themes such as climate change, the world's agenda for 2030, and the challenges of the changing global order system.
