Axia Talents

Axia Talents is a boutique headhunting and recruitment firm specializing in technical roles across technology, science and engineering. With more than 10 years of experience, it partners with startups and scaleups to help them hire the talent they need to grow. The firm recruits across four main areas: technology, including software, data, cloud, cybersecurity and technical leadership; life sciences, including research and development, health engineering and regulatory roles; industrial automation, including robotics, controls, firmware and industrial systems; and energy and climate, including engineering, product and technical operations.

Axia’s approach draws on a proprietary community of technical professionals, including validated candidates who may not be actively looking for work. Its end-to-end service covers role definition, sourcing, candidate assessment, shortlists and hiring coordination, with ongoing guidance for clients. Recruitment is offered on a success-only basis, so there is no fee if a client makes no hire. Axia reports more than 700 recruitment processes, a 75% success rate and a first candidate shortlist in under seven days.
