Ayadina | Ajaltoun is a brand that specializes in homemade all-natural preserves, processed without preservatives, chemicals, or artificial flavorings. Inspired by traditional methods passed down through generations, Ayadina preserves are made just like Grandma used to make hers. Founded in 1996 by Mrs.
Amale Harb, Ayadina is rooted in the belief that all good things are made by hand. Using the best herbs, vegetables, and fruits from her garden, Mrs. Harb perfected recipes and hand-packed each product in beautifully decorated jars with enchanting labels.
From aromatic dried herbs to pickled wild cucumbers, Ayadina's range of pantry products and preserves are sold in selected high-quality retailers and delis. Today, Mrs. Harb's son Roy and his partner Nathalie have joined hands to expand and perpetuate the family legacy.
