素楽(そら) is a charming hand-cut log house located in the beautiful Nasu Highlands, Tochigi Prefecture. Nestled at an elevation of 600 meters, the accommodation offers breathtaking views of the Nasu mountains, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning seasonal landscapes. With only two guest rooms that can accommodate up to seven guests,素楽 provides an intimate and relaxing getaway, perfect for families or groups of friends.
The log house is constructed using natural wood from Oregon, USA, and is designed for safety and comfort, exhibiting exceptional earthquake resistance. The phytoncide released by the wood contributes to a calming atmosphere, promoting health and well-being.
Guests can also enjoy nature walks to nearby fields of rapeseed and sunflowers, while local attractions such as Nasu Animal Kingdom and Nasu Flower World are just a short drive away. The friendly golden retriever, Windy, is on hand to greet visitors, adding to the welcoming ambiance of素楽.
