AYA House

AYA House is a wellness and movement studio in natural surroundings near Fredensborg, Denmark. It offers a welcoming space for physical, mental and personal development, bringing people together through classes, events and treatments. Its programme includes yoga styles such as flow, yin, kundalini and power yoga, alongside Pilates, meditation, mindfulness, qigong and breathwork. Classes are led by a team of certified instructors, and visitors can choose a trial class, membership, class package or online livestream access.
