HotSaus is a cashback platform that helps people earn real money from everyday purchases at businesses. Instead of offering points or miles, it provides cash back when users pay participating merchants through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Offers span categories such as food, shopping, fitness, beauty, and local services, with examples including cashback on tacos, sneakers, training, and other purchases. The amount available varies by offer and can reach $10 or more.

To claim cashback, users upload an image or meme representing their experience as a “Receipt,” along with secure proof of purchase, such as a screenshot or PDF from their payment app. HotSaus says cashback is added to the user’s account within 72 hours and can then be cashed out. Its Drop Squad community receives an early look at upcoming local offers each Wednesday, ahead of their release on Thursday. HotSaus also invites businesses to participate, connecting them with customers through promotional cashback deals.
