Ayuda a la Iglesia Necesitada is a Catholic foundation that serves the Church in its evangelizing work, primarily in the most needy, discriminated against, or persecuted communities. The foundation aims to raise awareness of the harsh reality experienced by thousands of Christians worldwide and promotes prayer for them and assistance to those in need through thousands of pastoral projects and, in exceptional cases, humanitarian action. They offer various campaigns and projects to address the needs of priests, religious men and women, seminarians, committed laypeople, and persecuted or truly needy Christians.

They also work to defend religious freedom, which is a fundamental right violated in many countries. Additionally, they provide information on current events, testimonies, and organize conferences, exhibitions, vigils, and eucharistic celebrations. Through donations, they support the construction and reconstruction of churches, sustain priests and religious individuals, provide religious education, and offer emergency assistance.
