AyudasPilot

AyudasPilot is a Spanish platform that helps businesses and advisers discover relevant public grants and subsidies. It continuously scans Spain’s BDNS database, the Official Journal of the European Union, and bulletins from Spain’s 17 autonomous communities, then matches open calls to a company’s profile. Users receive tailored alerts and grant dossiers that summarize funding amounts, eligibility requirements, deadlines, selection criteria, official sources, and an estimated likelihood of success. The service also offers guidance on programs such as Kit Digital, NEOTEC, and Next Generation EU funds, alongside practical explanations of subsidy rules and application processes.

AyudasPilot’s Radar de Proveedores identifies businesses that have recently received grants, helping suppliers find potential customers and anticipate their purchasing needs. A free plan includes grant searches and five personalized alerts; paid Pro and Business plans add unlimited alerts, award data, exports, AI summaries, success-probability estimates, supplier insights, and client portfolio tools. Enterprise options include white-label capabilities, dedicated onboarding, service-level agreements, and custom integrations.
