Rita's personal journey with Ayurveda began when she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, which Western medicine failed to effectively treat. Seeking a solution, Rita turned to Ayurveda and experienced remarkable healing through Panchakarma detox, dietary changes, herbal supplementation, yoga, and meditation. This transformative experience inspired her to open the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre, where we strive to restore internal equilibrium, balance, and overall well-being.
