Azar Collection

Azar Collection is a Maldives-based hospitality and real estate investment platform that develops its own projects and presents selected opportunities from third-party partners. Its portfolio includes two proprietary developments: Barakah Residence, a planned 16-suite eco-luxury boutique hotel on Hanimaadhoo Island, where land is secured and development capital is being sought; and Azar Villas, a proposed collection of luxury oceanfront villas and bungalows on inhabited Maldivian islands, with seven candidate locations under evaluation.

Barakah Residence is designed around sustainable operations, natural materials, minimalist design and locally rooted island experiences. Its investor partnership is intended to fund construction, setup and guest-excursion transport, with returns linked to property performance. Azar Villas is seeking development capital, while financing arrangements are in negotiation with local banks for buyer mortgages.

Through its Opportunities Desk, Azar Collection also sources and presents third-party projects, including a proposed private-island resort in the North Maldives and a luxury villa-cluster development.
