Azienda agricola Anibaldi

Azienda Agricola Anibaldi Cinzia is a family-run farm in San Severino Marche, in the inland area of Macerata, managed by Cinzia Anibaldi. The farm has developed into a multifunctional business focused on local agriculture, food production and visitor experiences. Its main activities are growing legumes and producing extra-virgin olive oil from a 2.5-hectare grove of 843 mature trees. The olives include the local Orbetana variety, as well as Piantone di Mogliano and Carboncella. The farm makes and bottles both single-variety and blended oils for private customers and restaurants.

Its other products include selected and packaged chickpeas, lentils and farro, as well as ready-to-eat legume preparations. Fresh vegetables from the family garden are made into creams and pâtés for pasta, bruschetta, crostini and pizza. Fruit from the farm’s trees is transformed into naturally prepared preserves. Visitors can join walks and guided tours of the olive grove, with tastings. The property also includes a historic 16th-century house, currently earthquake-damaged, which the farm plans to restore and convert into a bed and breakfast.
