Azienda Agricola Foglia Verde

Azienda Agricola Foglia Verde is a family-run organic farm in Monte Porzio, in Italy’s Marche region. Deeply connected to its landscape, the farm follows a short, field-to-table approach, cultivating and making products with natural and organic methods. It emphasizes sustainable production, transparent supply chains, and farming without pesticides or glyphosate. The farm selects traditional varieties, including ancient grains, and carefully processes its harvest to create locally produced Italian foods.

Its range includes stone-milled, unrefined flours and semolina made from cereals and legumes, along with artisan pasta, biscuits, and crescia and piadina made with ancient grains. Customers can also shop for legumes, honey, olive oil, and fruit. Products include pasta made from Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, flour from Gentil Rosso wheat, and piadina made with extra virgin olive oil. The website also offers recipes and information about the farm’s practices and products. Customers can order online for delivery or collect purchases from the shop, with secure payment options including card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
