The Azerbaijan Karate Federation (AKF) is the official national organization dedicated to developing and coordinating karate in Azerbaijan. Based in Baku, it supports a broad range of karate styles, including Shotokan, Goju-Ryu, Shito-Ryu, Wado-Ryu, Kyokushin, Fudokan, Ashihara, and Kudo. The federation’s website provides information about its leadership, committees, regional representatives, policies, events, and news, alongside resources for athletes, coaches, clubs, and referees.

AKF maintains an official electronic database featuring licensed karate clubs, coaches, and athletes, and presents club locations through an interactive map. Its services also include license searches, information on referee and DAN and Kyu grades, competition calendars and archives, and a national team ranking system based on official results and points. The federation shares updates on competitions, medals, technical seminars, and national team activity, and highlights achievements across karate styles. Through these resources and its organizational work, AKF helps connect karate practitioners and promote the sport throughout Azerbaijan.
