About Azzurro
AZZURRO – Dive Academy is a Portuguese diving school offering training, activities and services for people interested in exploring the underwater world. Its inclusive programme welcomes beginners, experienced divers, aspiring professionals, children and people with special needs. Courses cover scuba diving, freediving and snorkelling, from introductory experiences and entry-level certifications to specialties, emergency response, professional qualifications, extended-range diving and rebreathers. The academy also offers adapted and public safety diving.
Alongside instruction, AZZURRO organises scuba, freediving and snorkelling outings, as well as dive travel. Its services include equipment rental and sales, equipment maintenance, breathing-gas fills and diving and travel insurance. The team operates in Lisbon, Setúbal and São Miguel in the Azores, offering access to diving areas across Portugal.
With the sea at the heart of its work, AZZURRO aims to create memorable experiences while encouraging environmental awareness and care for marine ecosystems. The academy invites newcomers to ask about getting started and offers a range of courses and activities for different interests and experience levels.
