B-Green Ventures is a Madrid-based AI company builder that creates and operates businesses using proprietary software and artificial intelligence. Rather than acting as a distant investor or conventional consultancy, it takes an operational role, building products, securing contracts and working alongside teams to address real needs in underserved markets. Its approach is AI-native and data-driven, with automation and agent-based processes designed into products from the outset.

The company currently operates two ventures. Qiro combines legaltech and HRTech to support international recruitment and mobility. Its software uses three proprietary AI agents to connect Latin American talent with Spanish employers facing staffing shortages, while automating legal documentation for hiring and migration. IA Workers provides AI training and applied AI services for businesses and universities, including consulting, education and practical deployment within organizational processes.

B-Green Ventures brings together expertise in technology, digital marketing and business operations. Its senior, multidisciplinary team builds and runs software rather than relying on templated consulting or outsourced agencies.
