Unclaimed brand

B10 Architecture & Design is a Belgian architecture and design practice based in Visé. Established as a separate company on 1 July 2017 following the division of AANP sprl, B10 focuses exclusively on private-sector projects, while public-sector work remains under AANP’s management. The firm describes its approach through four values: nonconformity, attentive listening, transparency and solidarity. With its launch, B10 also set out to take on projects of greater scale and ambition, including innovative work.
Its portfolio and areas of activity span industrial halls, offices, single-family homes, housing developments and interior design, as well as early-stage project sketches. This range reflects a practice working across different building types and stages of design. B10 invites prospective clients to get in touch through its website, where they can submit project enquiries and request a prompt response. The firm is located on Chemin de Richelle in Visé, Belgium, and can also be contacted by email or telephone.
