B12 Bike Professional

B12 Bike Professional is a bicycle shop and service center in Ferrara, Italy, founded by cycling enthusiasts Luca and Enrico. Drawing on Luca’s 20 years of experience at Sportler in Bolzano and Enrico’s training at Milan’s Accademia della Bicicletta, the team combines practical knowledge with a passion for life on two wheels. The shop offers carefully selected bicycles, including brands such as Colnago, Bianchi, and Wilier, alongside accessories ranging from clothing and helmets to eyewear and bikepacking equipment.

Its workshop provides professional mechanical assistance, while customers can also receive advice on bicycle setup. B12 offers bike fitting in a dedicated space equipped with 3DMA software, helping riders find a suitable position on their bikes. The business aims to support cyclists throughout the year, introduce customers to new developments in cycling, and connect with local groups that encourage both sport and everyday bicycle use.
