The Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu Foundation (BAAF) is dedicated to changing lives and communities in Akure, Ondo State. At BAAF, we believe in providing every individual with a fair chance at survival, regardless of age, gender, or location. Through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships with government, private sectors, and civil society, we tackle challenging public health issues, with a focus on vulnerable populations.

Our mission is to create empowered, healthy, and prosperous communities, achieved through six thematic areas: women empowerment, rural birth registration, maternal and child health, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), women in agriculture, and science and technology for young girls. We aim to establish self-reliant community systems and advocate for local ownership of interventions.
