Basker International Childcare

Babilou Family Nederland is one of the Netherlands’ largest childcare organisations, with more than 2,500 colleagues working across over 300 locations. Through its childcare brands, the organisation supports children’s development with attentive care, play-based learning and a modern, sustainable pedagogical vision. Its mission is to give every child a good start and help a new generation grow into engaged people.

The organisation operates three distinct labels. Basker provides childcare in a safe, welcoming environment where children can discover and develop at their own pace, supported by pedagogical professionals. Basker International Childcare offers an international setting in which children grow up among different cultures, with personal attention for families. BijdeHandjes provides Christian childcare, guided by its Christian identity and a commitment to helping children feel safe and loved.

Services include daycare, preschool groups and early childhood education, as well as out-of-school care. Babilou Family Nederland also offers career opportunities at its childcare locations and support offices. Across its brands and services, the organisation focuses on care, discovery and continuous improvement.
