Baby Bliss Postnatal

Baby Bliss Postnatal Mother & Baby Service, founded by Verity Nicholson, provides practical and emotional support to mothers and families during the early postnatal period. Based in San Remo, the service recognises that recovery, newborn care and the transition to parenthood can feel demanding, particularly when families have limited support at home. Verity is nurse- and midwife-trained, with more than 10 years of midwifery experience in public and private sectors.

Services include postnatal education, newborn care and advice, breastfeeding support, mental health support, and guidance on sleep and settling. Families can also arrange light housekeeping, sibling care and nanny services for toddlers. Nanny activities include playground visits, reading, baking, arts and crafts, imaginative play and excursions to scheduled activities. Occasional overnight nanny and childminding care is available for visiting families on Phillip Island, alongside short-term and occasional care and NDIS enquiries. Gift vouchers and special day and night packages are also offered. Baby Bliss aims to provide sensitive, nurturing and empathetic assistance tailored to each family’s needs.
