Baby Club Elma

Baby Club ELMA is a swimming and aquatic fitness provider based at the pool of the 4th Elementary School in Kladno, Czech Republic. Its courses support participants from infancy through older adulthood, with instruction and activities adapted to different ages and abilities. For babies and young children, programs include parent-and-child sessions in small, warm pools, gradual transition to a larger pool, and swimming preparation for children aged five and over. Classes focus on development, water confidence, and foundational swimming skills; older children learn techniques including freestyle and backstroke.

The club also offers conditioning swimming for children and adults, lessons for adults who cannot yet swim, and a senior program combining water exercise with swimming. Aquarobics provides music-led aerobic exercise in the water. During the summer, ELMA runs children’s day camps that combine swimming instruction with a full-day sports program, lunch, and drinks. Courses generally run weekly, with formats and group sizes varying by program.
