Baby Fokus

Baby Fokus is a small, welcoming clinic in Kastrup supporting expectant and new parents through breastfeeding and the early years with a baby. Founded by Line Edvardsen, the clinic offers evidence-based guidance informed by health authority recommendations, while tailoring support to each family’s needs, values and routines. Line is an internationally certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), a trained health visitor with previous experience in Copenhagen Municipality, and a former neonatal nurse at Rigshospitalet.

Services include breastfeeding preparation, consultations and follow-up consultations. Families can receive practical help with feeding positions, latch, sore nipples, pain, milk supply concerns and understanding a baby’s cues, alongside sensitive support for the emotional challenges of early parenthood. Baby Fokus also provides health visitor services covering bottle-feeding and meals, the transition to solid foods, motor development, sleep and reassuring routines. A “Kom-godt-fra-start” package combines one preparation session with two breastfeeding consultations. The clinic aims to provide a calm, unhurried space where parents can ask questions, build confidence and find realistic support for everyday family life.
