Founded by Rae Miles, the business draws on more than 19 years of baby-swimming experience and offers a warm, family-focused approach to building water confidence and swimming skills. Lessons combine songs, games, repetition and carefully selected activities, helping children progress through play at a pace suited to their development and comfort.

The programme follows a structured Building Blocks method, with levels from beginner through Level 17. Parents or carers join children in the pool and are guided through each activity, supporting a positive shared experience. Classes are kept small: Cheam sessions typically have four to five children, while Sutton groups have around six to seven. The two local pools are chosen to offer comfortable settings for learning.

babyH2O’s teachers are qualified STA and ASA instructors, with current DBS, first-aid, safeguarding and rescue training.
