Babymassage Intens

Babymassage Intens offers Shantala baby massage courses for parents and caregivers of babies aged six weeks to ten months. The courses are taught by Sanne van Gessel, a master pediatric physiotherapist, and are available in the Bommelerwaard area, including Kerkdriel and Nuland in Brabant. Shantala massage originates in India, where traditional full-body massage is part of babies’ daily care. The sessions introduce caregivers to this gentle practice, which can provide babies with warmth and a sense of security while creating a calm, enjoyable experience for both adult and child.

Babymassage Intens also highlights the value of massage as a way to understand a baby’s body language, an important early means of communication that supports the relationship between parent and child. The website provides information about the course and the benefits of baby massage, along with options to register and get in touch. Gift vouchers are also offered, making a massage course a thoughtful present for families with a young baby.
