Helena Düll offers attachment-oriented sleep coaching for babies and toddlers, helping families work toward calmer nights and more rested days without leaving children to cry. Her approach considers the needs of both child and caregivers, avoids rigid schedules and sleep-training methods such as Ferberizing, and adapts changes to each child’s pace and family’s circumstances. Düll is a trained journalist who has worked for around 15 years with media including Deutschlandfunk, DIE ZEIT and FUNKE Mediengruppe. After seeking gentler sleep solutions as a parent, she completed training in 2025 with a state-certified attachment-oriented sleep coach.

Services include a 45-minute SOS phone consultation for parents of babies and young children, including expectant parents and families with babies under six months. For children aged five to 36 months, three coaching packages offer sleep analysis, two video consultations and a personalized step-by-step plan, with different levels of follow-up support over eight weeks. The most comprehensive option also includes possible weekly calls and follow-up consultations.
