Baby Sleep Fairy

Baby Sleep Fairy is a baby and toddler sleep consultancy founded by internationally certified sleep consultant Shaileshni Pillay, who is also a mother of three. The business supports families with children from newborn to five years old, helping parents navigate sleep challenges and build healthy routines. Its approach is holistic, taking into account factors such as the sleep environment, nutrition, possible underlying issues, the child’s temperament, and each family’s needs and parenting style. Baby Sleep Fairy aims to give parents clear, practical guidance amid often conflicting advice, while helping them feel informed and confident as they make changes.

Services include phone consultations for targeted troubleshooting, email consultations for families who prefer flexible, self-paced support, and tailored five- or fourteen-day sleep programs. Sleep packages are designed to suit different needs, with the option to discuss a customised arrangement if the listed choices are not suitable. The consultant also shares sleep tips and advice through the brand’s blog and articles.
