Babystudio033 is a personal maternity care and wellness studio focused on supporting mothers and babies through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of family life. Its care is led by Herjolijn, an experienced independent maternity nurse and mother of three, who provides warm, continuous support throughout the maternity period. She also offers breastfeeding guidance and helps families find a comfortable balance between rest and activity. Through a partnership with Kraamzorg 1 op 1, Babystudio033 works with all health insurers; a network of experienced independent maternity nurses can provide support if Herjolijn is unavailable.
The studio also offers group Pilates for pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with adaptable exercises to build strength, support the pelvic floor, and improve stability. Prospective participants can request a trial lesson. Individual treatments include massage tailored to pregnancy or postpartum needs, plus scar care for caesarean scars and stretch marks. Scar treatments may include massage, cupping, taping, moxibustion, and exercises for home. Babystudio033 aims to provide practical care and a welcoming environment for mothers at every stage.
