About Babytank
Welcome to Team Babytank, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) team where respect, fun, and sportsmanship are at the core. Whether you're a competitive fighter or a recreational practitioner, our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Our head instructor, Michel 'Babytank' Verhoeven, is trained by renowned experts Rickson Gracie and Harold Harder, with years of experience in BJJ.
We are proudly affiliated with the European Grappling & Jiu Jitsu Federation (EGJJF), which provides professional training, seminars, and community-building opportunities for the BJJ community. What sets us apart is that our instructors are certified by EGJJF, FOG, and the National Olympic Committee-Netherlands Sports Federation (NOC-NSF), ensuring a safe and professional learning environment. Our classes follow a structured curriculum, covering all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including self-defense, takedowns, and ground positions.
