babywohl-schlafcoaching.de

Based in Hamburg, it also supports families in southern Schleswig-Holstein and the Sachsenwald, with online coaching available across Germany. The approach is gentle, individualized, and relationship- and needs-oriented, without leaving children to cry or placing families under pressure.

Coaching is designed for children aged 6 to 36 months, and preventive advice is also available to expectant parents. Rather than offering standard plans, Helena reviews each family’s routines and sleep records, explains age-appropriate sleep biology, and develops a practical plan together with parents. Support typically includes an initial conversation, a week of tracking, analysis, a coaching session, guidance during implementation, and follow-up. Families can ask questions as they make changes at their own pace.

Helena draws on her experience as a mother and her training as a sleep coach with Bianca Niermann. Her service combines informed guidance with empathetic support, helping parents work toward more restful sleep and a more manageable family routine.
