Bach-Photography

Bach Photography is a Kyoto-based photography studio focused primarily on location assignments, creating images intended to be revisited and treasured. Active in Japan since 2020, the team draws on its French and Japanese backgrounds to bring a blend of Japanese and Western sensibilities to its work. It serves clients across Kyoto, Shiga, Osaka, and Nara, and is open to assignments elsewhere in Japan and worldwide.

Its services include portrait and corporate photography, profile and product imagery, family, group, and school photographs, as well as seasonal sessions, kimono portraits, coming-of-age and Shichi-Go-San photography, weddings and anniversaries, events, festivals, traditional crafts, and artistic projects. The studio also undertakes personal keepsake, audition, and live-event shoots.

Bach Photography uses DSLR, mirrorless, action-camera, and drone equipment as appropriate, and provides image retouching and color adjustments using photography software. Lighting equipment may be used depending on the location and purpose. Clients can also receive pre-shoot advice, and makeup artist support is recommended for important sessions.
