Back2Stable

Back2Stable offers ground-based horse coaching in Rhoon, serving the surrounding areas of Rotterdam, Albrandswaard and Zuid-Holland. Its approach is experiential: participants work alongside horses to explore awareness, feelings and personal insights, without riding or needing prior experience with horses. Sessions take place outdoors, in an arena or pasture, where participants do simple exercises while the horse moves freely and responds to their presence, posture and energy.

Back2Stable describes horses as sensitive, social animals that can reflect what a person may be experiencing without judgment or expectation. The coaching is not about performance or finding a single right answer; instead, it encourages people to slow down, observe and notice what emerges in the moment. Sessions are held with calm, sociable horses accustomed to contact with people. For anyone who feels nervous around horses, time is allowed to become familiar with the setting and the animal. Safety, trust and respect are central, and participants can explore at their own pace. Back2Stable visits are by appointment only.
