Back and Forth is a men’s mental health charity serving Coventry and Rugby, founded in tribute to Marc Forth. It works to create a safe, welcoming community where men can talk openly, connect with others and find support without fear of judgement. Its mission is to challenge stigma, reduce isolation and encourage hope and healing through shared experiences and mutual support.

The charity offers free weekly walks, giving participants a chance to connect while taking steps toward better awareness and wellbeing. It also hosts social nights throughout the month and invites volunteers to contribute an hour to help lead a walk. Back and Forth provides support resources, including confidential helplines, professional therapy services and self-help guides tailored for men. Its Just Talk app is another part of its support offering, alongside a podcast and founder stories that share experiences of loss, resilience and hope.
