Back of the Box Builds (BOTBB) is a creative hub for LEGO enthusiasts, particularly focusing on the beloved alternate builds that are often found on the back of LEGO set boxes. Founded by Preston, an avid Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL), BOTBB emerged from a desire to resurrect and share the magic of forgotten LEGO builds from the past. The website offers fans a rich collection of instructions for alternate creations across various popular themes, including Adventurers, Star Wars, Technic, and more.

BOTBB not only provides useful resources for building but also invites the community to contribute by submitting their own building instructions. The site aims to serve as a comprehensive guide for both seasoned LEGO fans and newcomers, reigniting the excitement of building rare models that might not have been explored. With its welcoming atmosphere and dedication to the LEGO community, Back of the Box Builds encourages imagination and creativity, making it an invaluable resource for all who cherish the art of LEGO building.
