Baddinsgill Farm is a charming hill farm nestled in the southern Pentland Hills, just south of Edinburgh, spanning 4000 acres of heather-covered landscapes. With a proud family heritage dating back to 1912, the Marshall family has maintained the farm through four generations, housing 1400 rugged blackface sheep alongside a small fold of Highland Cattle.
At Baddinsgill, the focus is on providing high-quality, sustainably-raised lamb and beef. Their sheep are ranch-farmed, thriving outdoors year-round and nourished by a natural diet of heather, which contributes to the exceptional flavor of their meat. The farm's emphasis on ethical practices ensures that the animals enjoy a natural life, making their lamb a sought-after choice for enthusiasts across the UK.
The dedicated team behind "Project Lamb" includes siblings Laura, Nick, and their families, who share a passion for promoting the unique taste of their products. Discover Baddinsgill Farm's offerings by purchasing their delicious lamb or beef directly, or consider a stay at the farm to experience rural life firsthand.
