Welcome to Bafrası, a brand that specializes in producing and offering authentic Cypriot flavors. We are dedicated to preserving local Cypriot delicacies and delivering them to consumers in Cyprus, Turkey, and the UK. Our journey into Cypriot cuisine started with olives, olive oil, and çakıstes, and today we have become the leading producer of Cypriot delicacies on the island. As we strive to pass on the unique tastes of Cyprus to future generations, we also aim to build a strong Cypriot brand and expand into international markets, adding even greater value to the Cypriot economy.
Under the brand name Bafra, we have gathered a wide range of local Cypriot flavors, including traditional olive varieties from all regions of Cyprus, which we process using traditional Cypriot methods. Our cold-pressed Cypriot olive oil captures the highest nutritional value and flavors. In addition, we offer Kıbrıs Çakıstesi, the most delicious and natural form of olives, hand-picked and salted according to our mothers' recipe.
Our product range also includes sweet delights such as Bafra macuns, made from the sweetest fruits, and Tahin & Pekmez, a combination of natural carob molasses and tahini made from the purest carobs in Northern Cyprus. We also offer aromatic and nutritious Kıbrıs Balı from the Beşparmak Mountains and Güzelyurt citrus groves.
For those craving savory treats, our Bafra Bikla, traditional pickles like Gabbar and Kazayağı, and our unique selection of Turkish delights will satisfy your taste buds.
